One of my favorite songs growing up was Loverboy’s hit single "Working for the Weekend." If you don’t know it, do yourself a favor—Google it. Now, here’s the problem… while most people are working for the weekend, real estate agents are working ON the weekend. And evenings. And holidays. And their own vacations. Sound familiar? Been There, Burned Out From That My first year in real estate, I thought I had to be available 24/7 . If a buyer called me at 9 p.m. to see a house, I was in my car by 9:05. Holidays? Didn’t matter.
