A Brand-New Agent Walks Into the Market… And Crushes It. One of our brand-new agents—literally fresh out of licensing—decided to start calling FSBOs (For Sale By Owners). Within a few months, she had listed 11 homes. ELEVEN! Meanwhile, other agents were too busy talking about how “tough” the market was to see the opportunities right in front of them. The difference? She didn’t know she was “supposed” to be struggling—so she didn’t. Lesson: Your mindset matters more than the market. 

Evidence of Success? It’s Parked Right Outside. After lunch one day, one of our agents casually pointed out that the office parking lot was packed with new cars with dealer tags. That’s not a sign of agents struggling—it’s a sign of agents winning. But if you’re only listening to negative chatter, you won’t see the success stories. You’ll miss the fact that people are still buying homes, selling homes, and making money in real estate—because your focus is stuck on fear instead of opportunity.
